What exactly am I buying?
One personalized digital design inspired by your photos and story, with concise creative copy. Your finished file can be shared digitally or printed by you. Physical cards, printing and shipping are not included.
Will all my wording appear?
No. Your story and notes inspire the visual concept and short creative copy. Essential invitation details are included. Flag any short phrase that must appear before ordering so we can confirm it fits. Long messages and full letters are not included.
What counts as the included correction?
One tiny correction, such as a typo, name, date, time or small wording adjustment. A new concept, new scene, replacement photos, changes to people's appearance or substantial design changes require a new order. Please double-check all submitted details. Corrected proofs are returned within 2 business days after we receive the correction.
How do proofs and final delivery work?
Your first proof is a reduced-resolution, watermarked preview for approval. After approval, we email the clean, full-resolution digital file. The proof is for review; the finished file is for sharing.
When will I receive my first proof?
Within 3 business days after payment and receipt of all required photos and details. Rush is $15 extra for a first proof within 1 business day, subject to availability confirmed before purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Final delivery depends on your review and approval.
